Privacy Police & Terms of Conditions

Booking Conditions:

Morocco Journey requires a 30% deposit of the total tour cost to guarantee your tour. We will confirm your booking via email. The remaining amount will be paid at least 1 week before or if you prefer you can pay it upon your arrival.
Once you have paid the booking deposit, you’ll receive a booking confirmation and vouchers.
Morroco Journey does not organize airfare. All tour quotes are for services in Morocco. We will be happy to give you all the information you need.

Visas and Passports:

It is up to the traveler, to have the proper documentation to enter Morocco. For Morocco it’s important that you make sure your passport is valid for at least six months before your intend to travel.
Depending on your country, you may be required to obtain a visa before arrival. United States, Canada, Europe Union, Australia, and New Zealand citizens can stay for a period of 90 days in Morocco. Please check your government’s pages or contact the Moroccan consulate or embassy.

Cancellation Policy:

If a traveler wishes to cancel a tour, please inform us as soon as possible via email: infomoroccojourney@gmail.com. You can also call us: 00212 661934481 ( Morocco) or 00351 915215686 ( Portugal).
Morocco Journey has a 15 day non-refundable cancellation policy, starting from date of your tour.

* If you wish to changes or cancel a trip, we will work with you to the best of our ability to accommodate.

Reserved Rights  & Changes:

If you leave a trip on your own accord, Morocco Journey will not refund any monies. Money meant for any other service that the traveler, does not wish to participate in will not be returned. Morocco Journey does not insure plane tickets, missed flights or anything dealing with your travel. * We advise flight insurance.
Morroco Tours will not be hold responsible for any secondary expenses that you may have as a result of your trip, such as losing documents or credit cards, non-refundable flights, change of flights. Travel insurance is required for all travelers.
If a traveler wishes to change the dates of the Tour, it will depend of availability. If a change of dates is agreed, the traveler might have to pay any associated fees to reorganize transport or accommodation.
Any additional requests could mean extra charges to cover the requests.

Travel Insurance:

• Morocco Journey requires that all travelers get travel insurance. When you book a trip with us, you automatically agree to these policies. We do not require copies of any travel insurance documents, but we ask for your insurance provider’s name, policy number, and phone number. We also request emergency contact details.

• A travel-insurance policy to cover theft, loss and, in particular, medical problems is strongly recommended for all visitors to Morocco.

• Some policies specifically exclude ‘dangerous activities’ , so ensure your policy covers these.

• Flights- Paying for your airline ticket with a credit card often provides some travel-accident insurance, but take note of exclusions. You may be able to reclaim the payment if the operator doesn’t deliver.

• Morocco Journey has no responsibility to cover anyone’s exit, or medical costs in any situation.

Medical Emergency :

• Transport the injured to the nearest competent clinic or hospital in Morocco.
• If the injured person is not able to make medical decisions, then a family member, emergency contact, travel partner, or member of Morocco Journey Team may do so, and may contact the insurance provider.
• If a traveler needs to be medically evacuated from Morocco, a physician will authorize the evacuation and the travel insurance provider will organize itMedical Emergency :
