    Itinerary

    Day 1:Casablanca - Rabat

Your 9 Days Tour From Casablanca starts with a warm welcome at the airport and a drive into Casablanca, Morocco’s modern and lively city. You’ll visit the remarkable Hassan II Mosque, a stunning example of modern Islamic design placed right by the sea. Its beautiful marble work, tall minaret, and wide waterfront area are some of the country’s most amazing sights. Afterwards, you travel toward Rabat, the political and administrative capital of Morocco.

The city mixes modern life with long history. An optional guided tour is available for a deeper look. You can visit the calm Oudayas Kasbah on top of a river, the elegant Mausoleum of Mohammed V, the partly built but famous Hassan Tower, and the quiet gardens and ruins of Chellah, a former Roman and medieval burial place. You’ll stay overnight in a cozy Riad.

    Day 2:Rabat - Meknes - Fes

You leave Rabat and head inland to Meknes, one of Morocco’s four imperial cities. Known for its 17th-century importance under Sultan Moulay Ismail, the city has grand gates, thick walls, and impressive buildings. You’ll visit Bab El Mansour, one of the most impressive gates in North Africa, and the peaceful Moulay Ismail Mausoleum, a place that shows the builder’s power and creativity.

After exploring Meknes, you continue to Volubilis, an ancient Roman city and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk through old streets with villa ruins, decorative mosaics, arches, and signs of daily life from nearly two thousand years ago. The day ends in Fes, where your Riad is waiting either inside or near the historic medina.

    Day 3:Fes Guided Tour

Today you explore Fes, a city that has remained much the same for centuries and is often seen as the heart of Moroccan culture. An optional official guide will lead you into Fes el-Bali, a huge medina made up of nearly 9,000 narrow streets, an ideal setting for anyone seeking the depth and authenticity of a Morocco cultural tour 9 days. This network of alleys has changed very little since medieval times.

You’ll pass traditional shops, lively markets, religious schools, and old monuments. Highlights include the Karaouine Mosque and University, considered the oldest continuously running university in the world, and the busy tannery quarter, where leather is still made using old methods. From a top-view terrace above the tanneries, you’ll see the colorful vats and the active work happening below, a scene that captures the essence of a 9 days Morocco trip. You’ll stay overnight in a Riad.

    Day 4:Fes - Ifrane - Azrou - Erg Chebbi

After breakfast, the scenery changes as you leave the medieval medina and head toward the Sahara. Your first stop is Ifrane, often called the “Moroccan Switzerland” for its chalet-style buildings, clean streets, and alpine feel. You continue to the cedar forests of Azrou, where you might see Barbary macaques.

The road then goes through the highlands toward Midelt, then down into the long, green Ziz Valley, a striking contrast of green oases against rocky desert landscapes. By late afternoon, you arrive near the Erg Chebbi dunes for dinner and an overnight stay at an Auberge.

    Day 5:Erg Chebbi Sahara Desert

You start with a 4×4 adventure through the desert area, visiting Khamlia, a village known for its lively Gnawa music and warm hospitality. You then head toward nearby desert plains to meet a nomadic family, where you’ll enjoy tea and stories that give you a real look into life in the Sahara.

Later in the afternoon, you ride a camel on an unforgettable trip into the dunes. You stop at a perfect viewpoint to watch the sun set over the golden dunes. Your destination is a peaceful Bivouac camp, where dinner is served under the stars. You spend the night in a Berber-style tent, unless you prefer to return to the Auberge after sunset.

Day 6:Erg Chebbi - Dades Valley - Ouarzazate

You wake up early for a beautiful sunrise over the dunes and then return to your Auberge for breakfast. The journey continues through breathtaking landscapes, heading toward the Todra Gorge, where red walls rise high on both sides of the canyon. Take some time to walk around and enjoy the stunning sights.

From there, you follow the route through the Dades Valley, known for its kasbahs, green oases, and winding roads, before reaching Ouarzazate, often called the “Gateway to the Sahara.” You’ll visit the historic Taourirt Kasbah, once part of the Glaoui dynasty’s stronghold. You have dinner and spend the night in a Riad.

Day 7:Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakech

In the morning, explore the world-renowned Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage ksar famous for its striking mudbrick architecture and appearance in many films and series. Walk through its narrow passageways and admire the views from its elevated terraces.

Then begin the scenic drive across the High Atlas Mountains, crossing the winding Tizi n’Tichka Pass, before descending into the warm, lively streets of Marrakech. Arrival and transfer to your Riad.

    Day 8:Marrakech Guided Tour

Today is dedicated to exploring Marrakech with an optional private guide. Visit the grand Koutoubia Mosque, wander through the colorful souks, and dive into the rich heritage of the medina. Key sites include Ben Youssef Madrasa, the elegant Bahia Palace, the peaceful Saadian Tombs, and the vibrant Majorelle Gardens. Return to your Riad for the evening.

    Day 9:Free Day in Marrakech

This final day is yours to enjoy at your own pace. Spend your time wandering through the medina, relaxing in a café overlooking Jemaa el-Fnaa, or searching for handcrafted treasures in the souks. When your day winds down, return to your Riad for a final night in the Red City.
